Damion Robinson is a founding partner of the Firm. He represents emerging companies from formation to acquisition with experience in corporate governance, financing, licensing, and mergers and acquisitions. Clients have ranged from early-stage startups to publicly-traded Fortune 500 companies, including clients in finance, biotechnology, entertainment, intellectual property, and social media.
Before founding the Firm, Damion was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, a preeminent law firm representing businesses across industries from investment banking to consumer products.
Throughout his practice, Damion has remained committed to public service, earning the ACLU Equal Justice Advocacy Award and Pro Bono Attorney of the Month from Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) for his work seeking rights for unrepresented immigrants.
Damion received his JD in 2007 from UCLA School of Law, where he was Order of the Coif. In 2003, he earned his BA, cum laude, from the University of Washington.
